Issue filed at #962 with the
visual-testlabel.Root cause: The committed golden
docs/visual-test/golden/menu.pngis a fully-black PNG (mean=0, max=0, min=0, only 332 bytes). The pre-check inscripts/compare_visual_golden.sh:23-29correctly refuses any comparison against a near-black baseline and exits 1, which fails the workflow before RMSE is ever computed. The local capture itself produces a valid non-black menu screenshot (mean≈0.0089), so this is purely a baseline issue.Triggered by scheduled workflow
