Inside the FastEPD library, the power rails on the onboard TPS chip are turned down, however the WAKEUP pin stays high, which causes a current leak of around 710uA during deep sleep.

This PR sets said pin to LOW for all currently supported parallel Inkplate models, which makes the deep sleep now be 37uA

Fix was tested on both the Inkplate 5V2 and 10 devices
