OpenPigeon is source-available, not open source.
- Code - PolyForm Shield 1.0.0. Use, modify, and distribute freely, including commercially. You may not use it to compete with OpenPigeon.
- Assets - LICENSE-ASSETS. Artwork, audio, and 3D models may not be redistributed. A published fork needs its own artwork.
- Third-party components - THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md.
Releases up to and including the tag v1-final-agpl were published under AGPL-3.0 with an interoperability exception, and remain available under that license.
Forking and modifying is fine. Publishing a fork is fine as long as it isn't an alternative to OpenPigeon. Taking this codebase, swapping the artwork, renaming it, and shipping it is not.
Integrating with OpenPigeon needs no license from us. OpenPigeon is a Madrid extension: your app implements the BlueBubbles extension host interface, and OpenPigeon binds to it as an installed app. Nothing in the licenses above restricts this. See INTEGRATION.md.
"OpenPigeon" and the OpenPigeon logo are trademarks and are not licensed by either license above. A published fork must use a different name and icon.

Note that Crazy 8 requires the Player.IO Android SDK, which is proprietary and not included in this repository - the build will not proceed without it. See CONTRIBUTING.md for how to obtain it.
