- dco.yml: require a Signed-off-by trailer on every commit, as in platform-design. - validate.yml: tofu fmt and validate for each stack, plus scripts/check-repo.py. No cloud credentials anywhere in CI. - scripts/check-repo.py: reject committed state files, variable files, keys and access key IDs, and enforce the house style on dashes and quotes. - Pull request template focused on whether a change makes a host easier to leave running or easier to reach. - CODEOWNERS for stacks, policies, shared setup, scripts, and workflows. - CONTRIBUTING: retroactive sign-off and a description of the checks.
