The existing README makes it harder to assess the implemented architecture and operational boundaries. This organizes the project around verified capabilities, a Mermaid system diagram, local setup, validation commands, and honest limitations.
All claims were checked against the inspected default-branch source. Existing application functionality is preserved; no source code, visibility, licensing, or deployment changes. Tests were inspected, not rerun for this documentation-only change. Recorded upstream CI success is linked and explicitly distinguished from a new test run.
Markdown source paths are checked against the repository tree. GitHub rendering is verified before handoff.
