Only the explorer sounds work

When i use sound manager, only the explorer sounds play, but stuff like opening and closing apps, maximising or minimising windows do not play.

Hi, I'm not sure. Just tried on an up-to-date Windows 11 virtual machine and window-related sounds play normally. I'd suggest trying to set the sounds using the sound applet, if they do not play, then the issue is outside Sound Manager. You may attempt fixing corrupt system files, though I'm not sure if that would help.
