从零撰写 README：一句话定位 + 真实输出样例 + 能力边界 + 5 分钟快速开始，对齐家族首屏结构

验收标准：README 含首屏四要素；示例命令可复现
本次改动只动 README.md（+219 / -16）：
SqlIdentifier白名单实为「字母或下划线开头，后续字母/数字/下划线/$」（SqlIdentifier.java:38）；HybridQuery.Builder除结构方法外另有withIndex/distanceAlias/expectDimensions三个辅助方法（HybridQuery.java:227/233/247）。验证：全新无 .git 的 ASCII 副本
mvn -B -ntp -o clean verifyBUILD SUCCESS，测试 273 + 18 + 19 + 27 + 20 = 357，4 处覆盖率门禁 All coverage checks have been met；本仓 spotless 已绑 validate 且覆盖根 *.md，verify 一并过。pgvector-core 仍零 org.springframework。
