Adds a versioned JSON audit bundle with versions, checksums, deployment summaries, and configuration hashes. Private-key and secret-marked values are redacted before serialization, with optional HMAC-SHA256 signing over the redacted unsigned structure.
Verification: git diff checks passed; cargo build was not run per the environment constraint.
