Remove stale per-sample artifacts between profiles.

--reset none accepts only one sample, so the three-sample scenario is not reachable. A later one-sample profile still writes only ci-profile-run-1.json; copyProfileArtifacts does not remove higher-numbered files from an earlier profile. Remove old sample artifacts before copying, or publish each profile in a separate directory.

The canonical ci-profile.json and ci-profile.md reports use the current in-memory samples, so this issue affects retained per-sample artifacts rather than the current report.

Review comment at @projects/internals/ci/ci-profile.js at line 695:
Update copyProfileArtifacts to remove stale numbered per-sample artifacts before
copying the current profile’s samples, so artifacts from previous profiles are
not retained; preserve the canonical ci-profile.json and ci-profile.md reports.
