Update the Svelte starter dev dependency svelte-check from 4.7.6 to 4.7.7.

svelte-check is declared only in projects/starters/svelte/package.json devDependencies. It is not a runtime dependency of a published package. Svelte stays at 5.57.2, which satisfies the unchanged peer range svelte@^4.0.0 || ^5.0.0-next.0. TypeScript stays at catalog 6.0.3, inside typescript@^5.0.0 || ^6.0.0. Engines remain node >= 18. The license remains MIT.

4.7.7 was published on 2026-10-16, outside the 1140-minute release-age window. The release is a patch of language-tool fixes (CSS property recognition, symlink imports, tsconfig include alignment, and --tsgo / incremental checking). It does not add install steps or a migration. Peers and direct dependency ranges are unchanged from 4.7.6.

The lockfile changes the Svelte starter pin, the package integrity, and the snapshot key. No other direct dependency or transitive resolution moved. Notice generation was unchanged for this package. Pre-existing eslint notice drift in the root, CLI, lint, and pi notices was left out of the commit.

Validation:

• mise exec -- node .agents/skills/agent-dependencies/scripts/verify-update.js --type=chore --scope=starters passed.
• CI=1 mise exec -- pnpm install --frozen-lockfile passed.
• projects/starters/svelte has a Wireit ci task (build and lint) but no scripts.ci, so pnpm run ci cannot launch it. pnpm run build passed (8 scripts, 16.8s) and pnpm run lint passed (17 scripts, 7 skipped, 22.8s).
• pnpm run check still reports the same 8 pre-existing nve-layout / nve-text errors in App.svelte and is not part of the starter CI task.
• FONTCONFIG_FILE set, mise exec -- pnpm run ci failed once in projects/internals/metadata:test:coverage while parsing a coverage summary.json that was empty mid-write (Unexpected end of JSON input). The rerun passed: 80 scripts, 105 skipped, 108.1s.
• git diff --check passed.
