Update bun from 1.4.2 to 1.4.3.

bun is a devDependency of projects/cli ("bun": "1.4.3"). bun build --compile produces the published CLI binaries, so this is a CLI runtime toolchain update.

Release review: 1.4.3 was published on 2026-10-10 under the MIT license, outside the 1140-minute release-age window. The patch adds bun check and compile/build fixes, including a --minify regression fix from 1.4.1, plus a JavaScriptCore upgrade. It does not add an install step or a required migration for bun build --compile --minify.
