• Refocus docs/getting-started.md around the first-run flow: build, optional tuning, and benchmark smoke test.
• Split system requirements into hardware, required libraries/tools, and optional libraries.
• Move detailed bare-metal setup, CMake options, GDS checks, and cleanup guidance into the bare-metal build tutorial.
• Move programmable flex parsing setup to System Configuration and update hardware reorder links.
• Add AGENTS guidance to keep Getting Started limited to requirements, library build steps, and smoke-test instructions.
