Clean release documentation and patch development dependency

Summary

• Remove six historical internal planning documents from the public repository; recoverable copies are retained outside it.
• Patch the development-only brace-expansion lock entry from 5.0.9 to 5.0.12.
• Keep the package API, version 2.0.1, website and public contract documentation unchanged.

Verification

• Fresh clean install and complete npm run release:check pass: 102 unit tests, five packed-package checks, types, formatting, lint, budgets, production website verification, benchmark smoke and retained packaging.
• Full and production dependency audits report zero vulnerabilities.
• Independent complete-diff review found no issues and verified the archived documents and patched dependency identity.
• git diff --check is clean; no surviving references to the removed files.

This changes documentation and development tooling only; it does not require a new npm package version.
