release: prepare ReadonlyView 2.0.0 launch

Summary

• add the bilingual legal routes /privacy/, /impressum/, /de/datenschutz/, and /de/impressum/
• make the framework-free documentation site a five-entry Vite build with production canonical/Open Graph metadata, sitemap, robots, favicon assets, responsive legal layouts, and executable API examples
• add Vercel build/output configuration for npm ci, npm run build:website, and website/dist
• align CI and the guarded release workflow with Node 24 quality, Node 22 compatibility, Chromium/Firefox/WebKit coverage, exact-artifact publication, provenance, registry verification, and SHA-targeted GitHub release creation
• finalize package metadata and changelog for @nipe-solutions/[email protected]

Fresh on release commit da7b99c:

• npm run release:check — passed
• Prettier, ESLint, TypeScript, 21 Vitest files / 77 tests — passed
• package/registry suite — 5/5 passed; registry reports @nipe-solutions/[email protected] is available for publication
• website build and structural verification — passed for home plus all four legal routes
• release metadata verification — passed for 2.0.0
• exact package artifact — 7 files, 6,971 bytes

Final local browser evidence from release preparation:

• Chromium — 11/11 passed
• Firefox — 11/11 passed
• WebKit — intentionally deferred to the required Linux GitHub Actions job because the repository excludes it on macOS 14

Release gate

npm is not yet published. @nipe-solutions/[email protected] must remain unpublished until this PR is reviewed, all required GitHub and Vercel preview checks pass, the approved merge/production deployment gates complete, and the separate npm publication stop gate is explicitly authorized.

This PR does not publish npm, create a GitHub release/tag, configure Vercel/GoDaddy, or change DNS.
