feat: add homepage project support links

Summary

• Add a visible support section after the homepage example, linking to this repository and NIPE Open Source.
• Keep the existing visual style, with mobile wrapping and visible keyboard focus.

Verification

• Full normal project check passed.
• Complete website browser suite passed, including the new support links at desktop and narrow widths.
• Website and regression tests only; no library APIs, dependencies, or release versions changed.
