Run: sha256sum -c magi.order.pdf.sum 2. If valid, output should be: magi.order.pdf: OK ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Verifying Signify Signature: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Ensure you have the Signify public key: magi.order.pdf.bsd.pub 2. Run: signify-openbsd -V -p magi.order.pdf.bsd.pub -x magi.order.pdf.sig \ -m magi.order.pdf 3. If valid, you will see: "Signature Verified" 4. Optionally verify the signature of the checksum for magi.order.pdf: signify-openbsd -V -p magi.order.pdf.bsd.pub -x magi.order.pdf.sum.sig -m magi.order.pdf.sum 5. If valid, you will see: "Signature Verified" ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Verifying GPG Detached Signature: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Import the GPG public key (optional if already available): gpg --import magi.order.pdf.gpg.pub 2. Verify the archive: gpg --verify magi.order.pdf.asc magi.order.pdf 3. If valid, output should be similar to: Good signature from "Mithramos <[email protected]>" 4. Optionally verify the signature of the checksum for magi.order.pdf: gpg --verify magi.order.pdf.sum.asc magi.order.pdf.sum 5. If valid, output should be similar to: Good signature from "Mithramos <[email protected]>" 6. Optionally check fingerprint: gpg --fingerprint [email protected] It should match the contents of magi.order.pdf.gpg.sum ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Verifying OpenTimestamps Proof: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Ensure you have the OTS client installed: https://opentimestamps.org/ 2. To verify timestamp: ots verify magi.order.pdf.ots 3. If valid, output will confirm that the archive existed at the recorded timestamp. ======================================================================== End of README ========================================================================
