Summary

  • classify a Playwright requestfailed event as an exchange failure only when the same Request received no HTTP response
  • retain the zero-failure assertion for exchanges that never reached the server response boundary
  • add exact ordered POST/200 assertions after the two-exchange and three-exchange browser phases

Why

Chromium may emit response and later requestfailed for the same already-consumed fetch when relay handoff aborts residual body work. The integration was intermittently failing despite three successful POST responses, a ready browser session, zero page errors, and a successful authoritative handoff. The updated check distinguishes that lifecycle event from a request that failed before receiving a response.

Validation

  • five consecutive full platform integration runs with the pinned V3 and MiakAPI commits
  • go test -race ./...
  • go vet ./...
  • canonical control-plane authentication vectors
  • real Chromium MiakAPI integration
