- CHANGELOG: move the #196, #198 and #201 entries to a new 3.1.00 section, and relabel the stale "[Unreleased] — 2.0.0" section as 2.0.00 to 3.0.00, pointing to GitHub Releases. - commands.md: a shell that replaces the first one keeps its working directory and environment. - timeouts-and-errors.md: a reaped shell and the 2008 R2 quota fault are retried once in a new shell, whatever the retry policy. - wql.md: SELECT * columns cover the properties of every row, not just the first one. Pre-release documentation review for 3.1.00 (a minor bump:

They now have their own3.1.00section, and the old section is relabeled2.0.00 to 3.0.00, pointing to GitHub Releases for the complete notes of each version.workingDirectoryoption row still said the shell is created once and reused.
