[eID Wallet] Already-bound contact can send a new social binding request

Description :
A contact you are already bound with can scan your QR again and send a new social binding request. You get the "Social Connection Request" again for the same person.

Tested on: eID for W3DS v1.1.1. User A: Android 14 emulator. User B: Android phone.

Steps to reproduce :

1. User A taps Invite on the Social binding card. User B scans A's QR and taps Sign Binding.
2. User A taps Accept. The binding completes.
3. User A taps Invite again. User B scans A's QR again and taps Sign Binding.

Expected Result :
User B is told they are already connected, and User A gets no new request.

Actual Result :
User B sees "Request sent", and User A gets a new "Social Connection Request" from the same, already-bound contact.
