Handle Gemini Deprecation

gemini-2.0-flash-preview-image-generation and gemini-2.5-flash-image-preview are being retired.

Addressed this in #720 — removed the deprecated preview image models and updated the defaults to their stable replacements.

Looked at the affected files — removed both deprecated models from the SDK type union and GeminiModels array, updated the next-image template to gemini-2.5-flash-image, and cleaned up the test blacklist.
