Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid), [react-native](https://github.com/facebook/react-native/tree/HEAD/packages/react-native) and [jest](https://github.com/jestjs/jest/tree/HEAD/packages/jest). These dependencies need to be updated together.
