Some libraries built on aiortc use bits the compat layer didn't have: private attributes and internal modules. This adds them.

  • webrtc.aiortc.install_alias(): makes import aiortc load the compat layer, so those libraries work without code changes
  • aiortc's rtp, jitterbuffer, utils and clock modules, copied as is, plus the ICE server helpers
  • receiver._enabled = False drops buffered frames; track._queue lets apps skip stale frames
  • test_downstream_names pins every name these libraries use, with a link to where they use it

aiortc's own test suite passes through the alias
