Bump only bundle/App release identities and links while retaining the exact App11 Experience, Worker, UI/domain source and Runtime28 source/archive. Prepare Email31 / App12 for the authorized trusted no-diff upgrade check. This changes release identities, links and recorded artifact evidence only. Runtime28 source, version and packaged bytes remain exact; its existing sole writer is retained.
App11 and App12 each reproduce across two builds. After normalizing only the App manifest version, their manifests match, including the Experience digest. Worker bytes and all 372 tracked Runtime files match; both source packages reproduce and match all 445 Git members. Runtime archive SHA256 is f61a18c099adf3b11a95c7e9fba6161291423f999fb91c1c7d81f919b4f51b0b (2,472,153 bytes).
Validation: 8 App, 48 UI and 3 standalone Runtime archive tests pass; 166 server-reachable modules and Kit42 provenance verify. Root independently compared the candidate against the clean merged Email30 build. Both exact PR checks pass. No authority, UI or domain implementation changes.
App11 deployment and normal-reader checks preserved all policies, source grants and expiries with zero permission, reconnect or recovery steps. Its 30-minute performance observation is complete and still misses the latency targets; this release makes no performance claim. App12 activation must use the normal trusted stage/context/review/activate path with eligible continuity, authority_carry_forward, requires_review=false, changed_paths=[], no blockers and zero permission, reconnect or recovery steps. No Runtime redeployment or Send is included.
