Reply, Reply all, Forward, and new Compose open as local unsaved seeds. Email derives source-pinned reply content through a read-only metadata request and revalidates source digest, mode, current authority, and durable origin on the first edit/save. No draft is created merely by opening the editor.
External images default to Ask when no preference exists or an old preference is archived. Creating reading preferences also starts at Ask; explicit saved Always choices remain supported. Host authority callback HTTP 401/403 now remains an authority denial instead of being misreported as a Runtime outage. No permission checks or consent lifetimes are relaxed.
Release preparation at
6449ecc: Email bundle1.9.0-preview.28, App1.9.1-preview.9, Runtime0.4.0-preview.26, minimum Host0.3.0-preview.136(schema131). Deploy Host136 before enabling App9. Both consumers retain the exact immutable Host134 Kit alpha.42 artifact, original producer metadata and source offers. Exact-head CI is green: Email focused checks. Deft Email Stage 1returned seven matches (Host HTTP 200). The reported provider banner correlated with concurrent image failures. The settings outage correlated with a denied resource_list during an account status check. Companion Deft #410 supplies generic scoped read recovery, parallel form preflight, hidden image presentation, and current-screen access demand. Integrate Host #410 before enabling this updated Email app; its source-seed flow requires that generic Host support.
