What it does

• Renames the demo org to Northstar Labs and the owner to Maneek Mohan. Maya, Leo, Amina and Noah are fictional teammates; the agent employee becomes Scout.
• Soft-deletes every earlier content row in that org: spaces, messages, tasks, projects, wiki, notes and contact records. These are recoverable via is_deleted. Old notifications, events, standups, reminders, pins, bookmarks and user groups are deleted.
• Seeds 3 weeks of activity relative to the run date: 7 channels plus DMs (219 messages, threads, reactions, pins, Defty replies), 3 projects with 42 tasks, 12 linked wiki pages, 6 notes, 21 calendar events, standups, contacts/companies/deals/activities and notifications.
• Never touches app_* / email_* / native_email_* / OAuth / MCP rows or the Email app installation; never changes logins.

Caveats

• The org and user ids of the demo server are hard-coded. Do not run it anywhere else.
• Run it on the server, in a node:22-alpine container on the DB's docker network, from an esbuild bundle. A long run over an SSH tunnel drops mid-transaction.
• Take a pg_dump first.
