The restored Keycloak instance reached startup but Quarkus could not augment its read-only image layer. Match production startup with
kc.sh start, health and metrics enabled, and a disposable writable image layer. Network isolation, secret mounts, non-root execution and automatic cleanup remain in place.Validation: ShellCheck and cohort hardening/cleanup/forced-command tests passed.
