Issue

Problem

#314 and #315 are green in GitHub but production Vercel deployments fail with exceeded_serverless_functions_per_deployment. The Hobby plan permits at most 12 Serverless Functions, so production is still serving #308.

Architecture

Preserve every existing public /api/classes/** URL, but route them through one Vercel function and immediately delegate to the existing tested handler factories. Routing is not authorization; every handler retains its existing method/capability/payload checks.

Workspace collaboration functions remain separate.

Checkpoints

• single-function Classroom dispatcher + unit coverage
• Vercel rewrites + remove redundant Classroom route wrappers
• deterministic <=12 function-budget guard in canonical quality/build
• deployment/cold-start docs
• all GitHub gates green
• merge and verify exact-main production deployment reaches READY
• post-deploy runtime error scan

No Classroom authorization or response contract is intentionally changing.

Deployment acceptance

Current conservative Vercel function candidates: 5 / 12.

This PR is not complete on GitHub evidence alone. Before merge:

1. all required GitHub gates green;
2. a verify/** branch at the exact PR head must produce a Vercel deployment rather than the prior function-count error.

After merge:

1. exact merged main SHA must reach production READY;
2. runtime error scan must be clean;
3. close Deployment blocker: consolidate Classroom API functions below Vercel Hobby limit #321 and unblock Classroom follow-on: Protected staged case assets and rich Student case rendering #316.
