Magnite Source‑Available License (Licensed Users Only) v1.0 © {2025} Magnite, Inc. and its affiliates (“Magnite”). All rights reserved. Purpose: Magnite publishes this source for transparency, evaluation, and integration by approved partners. Only parties that have a separate, written agreement with Magnite are entitled to download and use the SDK. Others may view the source but have no rights to use, copy, modify, compile, distribute, or host it.
- “Software” means the contents of this repository.
- “Licensed User” means a party with a current written agreement with Magnite that grants rights to the Software.
- “Production Use” means use in or for a product or service provided to third parties or for internal production workloads.
Magnite grants Licensed Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, copy, modify, compile, and use the Software solely as permitted by their agreement with Magnite. No other rights are granted.
If you are not a Licensed User, you may view the source code solely to evaluate whether to enter into an agreement with Magnite. You may not copy, compile, run, or use the Software for any purpose.
You may not: (a) use the Software in Production Use unless you are a Licensed User; (b) redistribute or host the Software or derivatives except as expressly permitted by your agreement; (c) remove or alter notices; (d) reverse engineer except where legally required; or (e) use the Software to compete with Magnite where prohibited by law or contract.
Magnite retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software. Third‑party components remain under their
respective licenses as noted in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.
Non-public information in or about the Software is confidential and must be handled per your agreement with Magnite; absent an agreement, you must not access or use it.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGNITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; MAGNITE’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
This License continues until terminated. Magnite may terminate immediately for breach. Upon termination, you must cease use and destroy copies.
You must comply with applicable laws, including export controls and sanctions.
