Replace ubuntu-22.04 and ubuntu-latest runner labels with ubuntu-24.04 so jobs run on a pinned runner image rather than whatever ubuntu-latest resolves to.

Pin this repository's GitHub Actions runners to
ubuntu-24.04, replacingubuntu-22.04(MFP1-3083).Why
ubuntu-latestis a moving label. It resolves to Ubuntu 24.04 today, but GitHub has announced that it will move to Ubuntu 26.04 in November 2026 (actions/runner-images#14748), which would change the OS under our workflows without any change in this repository. Pinningubuntu-24.04keeps every MacroFab repository on the same known runner image until we choose to move.Changes

Rebuild Ubuntu 22.04step builds the product's Ubuntu 22.04 binaries in a container (mini-cross); it is a build target, not the runner, and is unchanged.Testing
Workflows triggered by this PR's checks run on
ubuntu-24.04. Workflows that do not run on pull requests (deploy, schedule, manual dispatch) will first run on the new runner after merge.
