make bench ARGS="--runs 6" with counterbalanced order and a 30 s cool-down. pgqueue was ahead in all 6 runs at 1, 2, 4 and 8 workers (about 3x at 1 and 2). README and docs/benchmarks.md now carry the new numbers, load figures and caveats (durability differs, three slow Celery cells, machine not dedicated). Charts regenerated.
