What it does

• upgrades the package and example application for Flutter 3.47 and Dart 3.13, including Android Kotlin DSL and the current iOS application lifecycle
• makes FlutterToggleTab a controlled widget and scopes selection/geometry rebuilds with value listenables
• adds animated selected indicators, content-sized adaptive tabs, configurable adaptive alignment, and configurable animation duration while preserving equal-width behavior fixed Animation would make it better #1
• expands widget and example coverage, adds Maestro flows for every README demo, and introduces pull-request/merge CI workflows
• refreshes the README, migration guidance, changelog, demo GIFs, publishing metadata, and funding links

How to test

1. Launch the example app, tap Tab C (19) in Basic Tab Toggle, and verify the selected indicator animates to the third tab and Index selected : 2 appears.
2. Scroll to Basic Tab Toggle with Counter Widget, tap each counter tab, and verify the selected background and displayed index follow the tab you tap.
3. In Text With Icon, tap Female; then in the icon-only example, tap the second icon. Verify both examples update their selected label/index and retain the configured selected-item margin.
4. Scroll to Update selected programmatically, tap Select C, and verify the third tab becomes selected with Selected sex index: 2.
5. In Adaptive Tab Width, alternate between AAAA and AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Verify the control stays aligned within the available width while the indicator animates both its position and width to match each label.
