Closes #79.

  • README: after the quick start, a paragraph saying the version in the download URL is ops-get's own, the version given to ops-get is the script's release, and any ops-get fetches from any release.
  • README usage table: the same for <version>, plus 5.0.0 meaning v5.0.0 (ops-get older than v5.0.1 needs the v).
  • Quick start: ops-get from v5.0.1 (new hashes, checked against the release's SHA256SUMS), still fetching scripts at v5.0.0, which shows the two are independent.
  • ops-get and ops-get.ps1 --help: the same two sentences. Comment-only; it ships with the next release.

The quick start fetched ops-get and the scripts at the same version and
never said the two are independent. Say it in the README and in --help,
note that 5.0.0 means v5.0.0, and move the quick start to ops-get v5.0.1.
