Simple Video Relay (Video + Audio)

Minimal two-command flow with auto-discovery:

python server.py        # start relay + LAN beacon
python client.py --id you  # run on each participant machine

If discovery is blocked, pass the relay IP:

python client.py --id you --relay-host 192.168.1.10 --relay-port 9000

Controls: press q to close the video window; Ctrl+C stops the relay. Audio is captured/played by default; add --no-audio to disable.

Notes: uses UDP broadcast on 54545 for discovery; media is unencrypted.

Cross-platform tips:

• Windows/macOS/Linux supported; if audio fails, install PortAudio (e.g., brew install portaudio or apt-get install portaudio19-dev) then reinstall requirements.
• If no camera/mic present, use --camera 0 to choose another index and --no-audio to skip audio.
