One line change, replacing deprecated function vim.diagnostic.disable with vim.diagnostic.enable
deprecated in 0.10 from what i can see here

After fixing i can run
:lua require("luasnip.extras.snippet_list").open()which opens a seperate buffer with a json list of my snippets as described and shown in the docs here:
