Replaces docs/images/demo.gif and 8 screenshots with captures of the live app (dark theme, no lead names or emails; redacted before capture). README: new demo alt text and an accurate AI CMO chat row (model fallback, 90-day saved chats, limits built but off in beta, audit-from-chat not yet available). The full MP4 is not committed.
