Fixes GHSA-2464-fhr4-w9xw, GHSA-p3m5-59mp-jv5r, GHSA-673q-mjm6-r5xr. The app uses no 'use cache', Server Actions or SVG image optimisation, so exposure was low; this closes the advisories anyway. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <[email protected]>

npm audit --omit=dev reported 1 critical (next 16.0.0-16.4.0): GHSA-2464-fhr4-w9xw (image optimisation SVG RCE), GHSA-p3m5-59mp-jv5r (Server Actions DoS), GHSA-673q-mjm6-r5xr (
use cacheRCE). Grep shows the app uses none of those features, so practical exposure was low. Patch bump to 16.4.2; audit is now clean. Lockfile-only change otherwise. CI validate gates the merge.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
