Fix queue persistence and clarify generation status

Summary

• Add the gold Developer: Kamran Ashraf attribution to the shared navbar.
• Make generation status copy match indeterminate progress.
• Serialize queue snapshot writes to prevent overlapping temp-file replacements and stale persisted state.

Validation

• python -m unittest discover -s tests -v (19 passed)
• python -m compileall -q .
• git diff --check

Note: interactive Gradio UI verification was skipped after its config probe timed out.
