CI installed a hardcoded 0.1.1 wheel and an inline EntityLinkage 0.1.0 dependency. It now requires exactly one built wheel, runs the installed package outside the checkout and reads EntityLinkage 0.1.1 from the example requirements file. Dependabot can maintain that explicit compatibility dependency, and the sdist includes it. The existing before/after review adapter verifies that ambiguous and unresolved links stay review findings and undeclared relationships stay unknown.
Publishing tests locked dependencies and lint/format before building. Adds weekly grouped native uv dependency/Action updates, verified full-SHA Action pins and maintenance guidance. Public schemas and runtime dependencies are unchanged.
Validation: 30 tests on Python 3.12, Ruff lint/format, wheel/sdist build, actual clean-wheel install with PyPI EntityLinkage 0.1.1, before/after adapter assertions and actionlint. No publishing workflow was triggered.
Release dependency gates install wheels without running dependency build scripts. Locked source tests and artifact identities are controlled; isolated build-backend requirements and installed-wheel consumer dependencies may still resolve independently.
