Motivation

• Improve the visual hierarchy of the README so the title and intro stand out without changing content.
• Make the document easier to scan and navigate for readers by providing direct links to major sections.
• Reduce long-scroll fatigue by collapsing the large pattern index matrix while keeping all data available.

Description

• Replaced the top-level markdown title with a centered HTML <h1> and added a centered subtitle paragraph to emphasize the playbook header, in README.md.
• Added a Quick navigation section with anchor links to the main README sections for faster access.
• Wrapped the full Pattern index matrix in a collapsible <details> block so the matrix is hidden by default but still accessible.
• Minor whitespace and ordering tweaks to improve readability without altering substantive content.

Testing

• Attempted to run mvn -q -DskipTests validate to validate the project, but it failed in this environment due to Maven Central returning HTTP 403 while resolving maven-enforcer-plugin.
• No README-specific automated tests exist; changes are presentation-only and were validated by inspecting the updated README.md renderable structure.
