Motivation

• Improve repository discoverability and workplace reuse by adding concise decision trees and domain-specific guidance for common system types.
• Provide a copy-paste starter scaffold so contributors can add new pattern examples consistently with README, code, test, and extension points.
• Re-validate Phase 1 production-readiness criteria after documentation updates to ensure the index, migration plan, quality gates, and build troubleshooting are recorded.

Description

• Added docs/phase-6-documentation-ux.md containing “Choose this pattern when…” decision trees, quick domain guides, copy-paste starter template guidance, domain recipes (fintech/e‑commerce/healthcare/logistics), and acceptance criteria.
• Updated README.md to include Phase 6 in phase tracking and a Documentation UX quick links section pointing to docs/phase-6-documentation-ux.md and templates/pattern-starter/.
• Appended a dated final validation snapshot to docs/phase-1-production-readiness.md documenting the pattern index matrix, singalton→singleton migration/deprecation approach, quality-gates baseline, and enterprise build troubleshooting notes.
• Added templates/pattern-starter/ with README.md, EXTENSION_POINTS.md, src/main/java/org/example/template/PatternTemplate.java, and src/test/java/org/example/template/PatternTemplateTest.java as a reusable scaffold.

Testing

• Attempted to run mvn verify in the environment, but the build failed during plugin resolution because Maven Central returned HTTP 403, so CI checks and coverage enforcement could not complete.
• No additional automated tests were executed in this environment, and no production/source runtime behavior was changed by these documentation and template additions.
