EdOpSys

EdOpSys is the governed systems architecture and implementation repository for the resident–maintenance operating system and its closed-loop proof architecture.

This initial commit exists only to bootstrap repository history so subsequent governed payloads can be committed with stable parent SHAs.

No application code, business logic, UI, production configuration, or authoritative policy is established by this commit.

Subsequent governed artifacts will be introduced through explicit versioned commits, beginning with the CLP-001 freeze and authority-hardening payload.# EdOpSys
