Added source generators

Plus these refactors:

1. The connection provided by the caller remains open in transaction overloads.
2. Newly created connections are disposed of if opening fails.
3. Output parameters are copied after the asynchronous reader is closed, as well as during command list execution.
4. Logging scopes no longer include SQL statements or parameter values, preventing the exposure of sensitive data.
