The README links to docs/camera_calibration.md in the Camera Calibration section, but that file was never committed, so the link 404s (issue Improbable-AI#30). This adds the missing guide: intrinsic calibration (checkerboard/ChArUco + OpenCV) and extrinsic camera-to-headset calibration via hand-eye calibration (AX=XB, Tsai-Lenz/Park-Martin) for a UVC camera mounted via the Developer Strap, plus practical notes on rolling shutter and remount drift. This documents the general calibration math and workflow. I don't have visibility into the Tracking Manager app's internal UI, so I've left a note asking maintainers to layer in the exact in-app steps/screenshots. Happy to adjust scope or structure if there's a preferred format.
