I'm an engineer and technical lead based in Berlin. I build AI and real-time software, with a soft spot for projects that connect code, hardware and something you can see or interact with.
At CARIAD (Volkswagen Group), I lead the team bringing AI models to automotive hardware. Before that, I worked on medical devices, interactive installations, LED wearables and show software for a dance company on world tour.
I mostly write Python and C++, with Rust for personal projects. I've also contributed to openFrameworks and taught creative-coding workshops.
- Alibi — a murder mystery where every suspect is an LLM agent with memories and secrets. LangGraph, RAG and automated evaluations, disguised as a detective game.
- Local AI Robot Assistant — voice and vision on a Jetson Orin Nano. Everything runs on the device, without the cloud.
- murmuration-gpu — a starling-flock simulation in Rust and wgpu. Individual birds following local rules, turning into something bigger.
- cuda-particles — a step-by-step CUDA course for creative coders, ending in an interactive GPU particle system.
- procquarium — your running processes, as fish. Because a terminal can be an aquarium too.
Away from the keyboard: sports, nutrition, animal welfare and the environment. Vegan 🌱
