ndcli -n adds dryrun=True to every call it makes. Updating calls pop it in the transaction wrapper; read-only calls are not wrapped in a transaction and got it passed through to the method, so e.g. "ndcli delete pool P -f -n" died in ippool_get_subnets() with "unexpected keyword argument 'dryrun'".

A read-only call has nothing to roll back; drop the argument for it in TransactionProxy, the one place every RPC call goes through.
