Repository files navigation

dotfiles

Config for this machine. Everything in ~/.config and every dotfile in $HOME that this repo owns is a symlink back into here, created by setup.sh.

Setup on a new machine

git clone <this repo> ~/dotfiles
~/dotfiles/setup.sh

setup.sh is idempotent. It replaces an existing symlink outright and moves a real file aside as <name>.backup.<timestamp> before linking over it.

pi/ pi coding agent: rules, settings, 89 skills. copied, not linked

pi

pi/ is the config for the pi coding agent: a generated AGENTS.md built from pi/rules/, machine settings, and a curated set of 89 skills pulled from five upstream repos.

It is the one directory setup.sh does not symlink, because pi rewrites its own settings.json at runtime. setup.sh runs pi/bin/install instead, which merges. Full details in pi/README.md.

pi/bin/install # apply to this machine
pi/bin/skills-sync --update # pull newer upstream skills
pi/bin/check # verify everything is in sync
