Runs on every pull request and every push to main:
tools/SCHWARM-PRUEFER.pl): version headers, payload template rules, port table, daemon registry, RPC namestools/nutzlast-check.mjs) - a typo inside a payload parses fine from the outside and only fails in the gameFree on public repositories. Adds a status badge and a short Checks section to the README.
