The weclapp adapter builds https://{{WECLAPP_TENANT}}.weclapp.com/.... If someone pastes acme.weclapp.com or the whole URL into the tenant field, every call goes to acme.weclapp.com.weclapp.com and fails. We've seen this happen for real.
Please strip a trailing .weclapp.com, a scheme and any path from WECLAPP_TENANT at import time, or refuse it with a clear message. Look at normalizeBaseUrlVariables in packages/backend/src/common/base-url-variable.util.ts for where similar clean-up already happens, and add a test.
