Prepare signed Nightly 1.4.4 from the changes merged on
mainsince 1.4.3.package.jsonversion to1.4.4. The minimum supported version stays1.0.0.Contents of 1.4.4:

responses, and stores a redirected offline page as its final response. A page or message editor
that cannot open reloads once, then shows a message with Reload.
and logs how many reads it took. This publication is its first real run.
No database migration and no database compatibility change. The canonical specifications are
already updated (HQBase/hqbase-site#60 and #61).
#139 (MCP offline access) is not included. It still waits for confirmation in #137.
Why now: 1.4.4 carries the PWA fix for the next real-use test, and it is the later candidate that
the public upgrade proof needs before 1.4.3 can be promoted to Stable.
Test plan after publication: update a 1.4.3 instance to 1.4.4 from the installed desktop app window
with DevTools open (Console and Network with Preserve log), and click Reload. The service
worker and message changes run during this update, because the new service worker performs the
install. A window still on 1.4.3 code has no load boundary until it reloads.
Risk: low to moderate. The PWA change affects how every browser installs the next service worker.
If a precache file fails the new checks, the current version stays active and a later check tries
again, so a failure delays the PWA update but does not break the app. Stable stays 1.4.0.
