View, stream, and download jailbroken PS5 screenshots and gameplay clips on any phone, tablet, PC, or TV.
When you jailbreak your PS5, access to PlayStation Network (PSN) is disabled, meaning Sony's official PlayStation App can no longer sync or upload your game captures.
Breakallery bridges this gap:
- Zero PS5 Installation Required: Connects to the FTP server already built into jailbreak payloads (etaHEN, ftps5, Itemzflow, GoldHEN).
- Instant Video Streaming: Uses an HTTP Byte-Range Proxy (
206 Partial Content). You can scrub through 4K 60fps clips on your phone immediately without downloading multi-gigabyte files first. - Game Metadata & Official Covers: Automatically extracts official 512×512 game cover art (
icon0.png) and title names from/user/appmeta/<TITLE_ID>/. - Mobile-First PWA: Open it on iOS or Android and tap "Add to Home Screen" for a full-screen, native PlayStation companion app experience.
- Optional Background Auto-Sync: Automatically downloads new captures whenever your PS5 is powered on, letting you view your media gallery even when the console is off.
- Instant Phone Pairing: Displays a QR code in the terminal and web interface—point your phone camera and tap to launch.
- Node.js v18+ (tested on Node.js v20+)
- A jailbroken PS5 with FTP enabled (etaHEN default is port
1337, or2121/21) - Both your PC and phone/tablet connected to the same Wi-Fi or LAN
In your terminal, run:
npm start- On your PC: Open
http://localhost:5050 - On your Phone / Tablet: Scan the QR code printed in the terminal or navigate to
http://<your-pc-ip>:5050
Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top navigation bar:
- PS5 IP Address: Enter your PS5's local IP (e.g.,
192.168.100.25). You can find this on your PS5 inSettings > Network > Connection Status > View Connection Status. - Port:
2121(Default for etaHEN, ftps5, GoldHEN)1337(Alternative etaHEN port)21(Standard FTP daemon)
- Test Connection: Click the button to test if your PS5 FTP server is reachable.
- Auto-Sync (Optional): Enable this to keep an offline backup of your captures in the
Captures/folder on your PC with game subfolders. - System Tray: Toggle whether closing the app minimizes to the system tray or exits completely.
